The snap originally shared by Flaming Lips frontman Wayne Coyne shows the 21-year-old seated inside of a recording studio in Tulsa, Oklahoma, as she packs a rolling paper.
But the Wrecking Ball singer was apparently in need of a bit more exhibitionism as she shared another snap on Instagram of the inside of her lower lip that now features a new brightly coloured tattoo.

The former teen star wore a jumper in the photo as she used her right index finger to pack her rolling paper.
